Eckhard BraunWith a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mr. Braun worked as Engineer and Head of R&D at a measuring instrument manufacturer. Afterwards he spent 21 years at a global IT company, Hewlett Packard, serving several years as Managing Director for Sales. In the nineties he founded his own IT company, which he sold after 13 years. He then joined albatross invest as partner. Eckhard Braun keeps Board and Advisory Board seats. |

Jürgen SchlensogAfter receiving his Bachelor of Commerce in the Insurance Industry, Mr. Schlensog began a 25-year career with ATS, the company he founded and developed as a leading broker agency for industrial insurance. As owner and CEO, he lead the company until its sale to Aon Corp. He also spent 8 years as a Member of the Board of the Insurance Industry Association VDVM in Germany. In 1987, he founded the International Broker Association IBA / Brussels, which he lead until 2004. After the sale of ATS to Aon Corp., Mr. Schlensog served as Managing Director at Aon Jauch & Hübner GmbH, responsible for their Industrial Markets operations. In October 2009, he was appointed partner at albatross invest. |

Harald TomaselliMr. Tomaselli worked in Germany and England for Daimler AG after completing his Economic Engineering degree. He then joined Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman), where he worked for 9 years as partner in Automotive (OEM, Supplier), Logistics / Services and Mechanical Engineering. Key areas covered growth strategies, performance improvement and transaction services. Harald Tomaselli also published several reports, i.e. “Transactions for Mittelstand”. He has been partner at albatross invest since its foundation. |

Dirk WeiskeWith his Master degree in business economics Mr. Weiske joined Arthur Andersen as auditor, M&A consultant and turnaround-manager preliminary for medium size corporations in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering and Plant Construction. Afterwards, serving as Director at A. T. Kearney he lead numerous international consulting projects. Mr. Weiske then founded the hedge fund Credaris, London, which he was leading for 4 years. At the same time he was managing the Asset Management Group of HSH Nordbank as Chairman. After the sales of the Group, he subsequently worked independently on asset management and M&A. Since January 2010 Mr. Weiske was appointed as Partner at albatross invest. |

Jens WünscherJens Wünscher has an accreditation as a lawyer. After several years at leading law firms, he joined Baden-Württembergische Bank for 17 years. His responsibilities included syndicated transactions, mergers & acquisitions and corporate loans. Besides his positions as Managing Director at several subsidiaries, Mr. Wünscher served as Managing Director of a bank and leasing operation (WKV Group) and at GE Bank (later GE Money Bank). |

F.-Thilo ZimmermannWith his master degree in Mechanical Engineering Mr. Zimmermann spent 21 years in the IT industry. He served 18 years as Managing Director (MD), including 11 years as a sole MD. During his career, he spent almost equal periods at American, German and French privately held and public corporations and groups (i.e. AtosOrigin). Besides managing the day-to-day operations, Mr. Zimmermann gathered comprehensive experience in M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. He is founder and Managing Partner at albatross invest and keeps Board / Advisory Board seats. |

Alexander HallerAfter obtaining a degree in mechanical engineering, Mr. Haller started his career at the German Fraunhofer Gesellschaft. During an 11 year period as sales manager and MD, he transformed a German midsize company (WAGNER Group GmbH) into an international player in Europe, Hongkong, China and United Arab Emirates. Afterwards he spent 3 years at a medium sized plastics-processing manufacturer (BULLYLAND AG) as CEO, leading sales and production units in Europe, Hongkong and the US. In 2009 Mr. Haller joined albatross invest as Associated Partner. |
